The Bull’s Eye software allows for the consumption profile of an existing building to be established based on the inventory of its energy consuming equipment. The effects of the weather and the intensity of the production are considered in the consumption profile of the building. Once the profile has been established, a predictive model of the building consumption is proposed. Then, any difference with the model indicates that an event has occurred (i.e. a lower consumption due to an energy savings project or a higher consumption may be explained by a lack of maintenance).
